Sensitive Data & AI Use Check New
Find out where your client and staff information really goes, including into AI tools. Anonymous staff AI-use survey, a sensitive data map, a read-only review of your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace settings, an AI apps and connectors check, and a controls plan your IT provider can apply. About 3 weeks. Not an audit, not penetration testing and not legal advice.

Team AI Enablement Workshop
A half-day, on-site, hands-on session on the tools your team already has, plus a toolkit of prompts and safe-use checklists. It ends with a shortlist of tasks worth automating, each sized as an Automation Sprint (one small task) or a Quick Win (a bigger process, payback shown).

Automation Sprint
One small, repetitive task automated with tools you already pay for, with human review built in. Includes scoping, testing, a one-page runbook and two weeks of fix-only support.
16-hour stop: the fee covers up to 16 hours of our time, and we tell you when we reach 12. Work stops at 16 hours, so a Sprint can end before the automation is finished. Anything left is quoted separately or as a Quick Win.
Indicative: 50% of the Sprint fee (NZ$1,750) is credited against a Quick Win booked within 3 months.

Quick Win Automation Most impact
For bigger, multi-step processes. We redesign the process end to end and automate it, with human review where the output is external-facing or financial, fixing the data it depends on as we go. You get a documented, owned process, not a black box.
Every quote shows the payback using your numbers: price ÷ (hours saved per week × your hourly cost × 52 ÷ 12) = months to pay back. We only quote a Quick Win when that comes in under 12 months.

A senior adviser on call: monthly priorities, new-tool approvals, policy refresh, and automation roadmap oversight. Includes the Sensitive Data Watch services and the 6-month policy check-in. Watch starts once you have had a Sensitive Data Check in the previous 6 months.
Indicative pricing: Advisor clients without a Check in the previous 6 months get one at NZ$800 off the tier price, from NZ$3,700 (up to 30 staff) or from NZ$4,700 (31-75); over 75 staff, ask for a quote. This discount doesn't combine with the Pack + Check bundles.
Just want the data side? Sensitive Data Watch: $950/month, 6-month minimum, then month to month. Requires a Sensitive Data Check within the previous 6 months. Monthly review of sharing and app-access reports, register updates, a quarterly staff pulse and a 1-hour call. Not 24/7 monitoring, not incident response.

How we handle your data
We don't use your data to train AI models. Where we use AI tools in our work, we choose settings that keep your data out of model training, tell you which tools see your data and where they store it, and keep personal information from a Sensitive Data Check out of AI tools unless you approve the tool in writing.
We handle client data under written terms built around the Privacy Act 2020: we act only on your behalf, ask for the least access and data we need, keep it out of AI tools you haven't approved, and delete our working copies when the work ends. The details are in our agreement with you.

Deterministic pricing and margin models with strict data controls. In our pilots, your data never goes into ChatGPT or any other AI tool.
Same data, same model version, same answer. Every number comes from tested, versioned models and is traceable to a finding ID. Your data is never used to train AI models unless you agree in writing, and we delete it within 30 days of delivering your report, then confirm that in writing.

We don't predict how your customers will react, and we can't promise you'll recover any margin. Estimates are clearly labelled as estimates. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice. Pilots run under a signed Pilot Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement, which are what count.

Can't we just use a free policy template?
You can, and free guidance is a good start. The difference is who does the work:

Will the Sensitive Data Check read our emails or files?
No. We use a read-only account that you create and then remove when we finish. We look at settings and reports, not message or file content, and the staff survey is anonymous and reported in aggregate only.
Do you sell software?
No. We're independent: we recommend and set up tools you already own or choose.
